A public health alert has been issued by the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) for ready-to-eat meals that may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes (Lm).

The Food in Question Was Shipped to Walmart Locations Nationwide

The FSIS is advising anyone who has purchased Marketside linguine with beef meatballs & marinara sauce from Walmart to take a close look at the packaging.

If it is labeled with 'best if used by' dates of Sep 22, 2025; Sep 24, 2025; Sep 25, 2025; Sep 29, 2025; Sep 30, 2025; and Oct 1, 2025, officials advise you to discard the package. The product bears establishment numbers “EST. 50784” or "EST. 47718" inside the USDA mark of inspection.
