Melbourne stalwart Tyla Hanks has produced a dominant display in an 87-point belting of Gold Coast in a lopsided AFLW encounter.
Hanks ruled the midfield with 25 disposals in her club's 13.15 (93) to 0.6 (6) victory at a windswept Casey Fields in Melbourne on Friday.
The Demons (six wins, one loss) climb to second on the ladder after posting their third-highest score, and their third-biggest win, in the AFLW.
The Suns (one win, six losses) remain anchored in 17th spot.
Gold Coast couldn't contain Hanks, who kicked one goal, and had 11 score involvements and six inside-50s in her dynamic performance.
