A man has gone from being convicted of murder to being whisked away in an ambulance with a bloodied left arm in the space of 45 minutes.

Paul Jason Sultana was found guilty in the NSW Supreme Court on Friday of the January 2023 strangling murder of mother-of-two Dayna Isaac.
