WEST RICHLAND, Wash. – The Keene/Kennedy Road intersection upgrades in West Richland are officially complete, the city announced.

The improvements include new striping for dedicated lanes and overlapping right-turn signals.

The city hopes the changes reduce delays for right-turning vehicles on Kennedy Road.
