PASCO, Wash. – Avelo Airlines will cease its West Coast operations earlier than planned, affecting flights at Tri-Cities Airport, the airport said in a release .
Avelo's last day operating at the airport will be Monday, October 20. Travelers with tickets beyond this date should contact Avelo directly to discuss options.
Tri-Cities Airport officials expressed disappointment but shared positive news for the community. Alaska Airlines will expand its services with flights to Hollywood Burbank Airport beginning Sunday, October 26.
Breeze Airways is also set to join the Tri-Cities Airport soon. They will offer nonstop flights to Hollywood Burbank Airport and a no-plane change option to Provo City Airport starting March 2026.
