Penelope Chandrie, from Hayes, was found dead after emergency services were called to Pennine Way on December 17 nearly two years ago at 6.09pm.

Her death has been under investigation since then.

On Thursday (September 25) two people were arrested in connection.

Following consultation with the Crown Prosecution Service, both have been charged with murder in connection with Penelope’s death.

Manpreet Jatana, 34 , and Jaskiret Singh Uppal, 36, both of Pennine Way, will appear at Uxbridge Magistrates’ Court today (September 26).
