Think Together, a nonprofit provider of after school expanded learning and school improvement programs, has recognized Family and Community Engagement Coordinator Melanie Barraza as the recipient of the 2025 Randy Barth Leadership Award.

As a FACE coordinator in the Palm Springs area, Barraza contributes to a team that delivered 8,000 resources and trained 1,500 staff to strengthen school-family connections across California.
