YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) - How much do you know about the judicial system, law enforcement, or how courts operate? You can find out with a program put together by Mahoning County Prosecutor Lynn Maro called "The People's Law School."
The idea is to provide residents with some basic knowledge of the legal process in easy-to-understand terms.
"Being out with the public, I see a lot of people don't understand the dynamics of our judicial system, how the criminal courts work, how landlord-tenant works, how probate works. So, we try to just give a good overview, let people come and ask questions," Maro said.
