Virginia QB Chandler Morris' transfer journey began with his dad's firing from an SEC school

The college football journey for Chandler Morris could've been very different.

In high school, Morris committed to play at Arkansas for his dad, Chad Morris.

But then Chad was fired by the Razorbacks, and everything changed.

The QB Morris instead went to Oklahoma, and then from there, to TCU, where he spent three seasons playing for the Horned Frogs.

From there, Morris moved on to North Texas, where he put up some of the most prolific passing numbers in the country.

And now, Morris has transferred again to suit up for the Virginia Cavaliers.
