GREEN BAY — Tucker Kraft does not scare easily. The Green Bay Packers emerging star tight end is usually the one causing opposing defenses to feel that way.
But when Kraft’s right knee buckled beneath him while blocking during a practice last week, he certainly feared the worst.
“I just got caught in a bad position,” Kraft explained as the Packers (2-1) prepared for Sunday night’s matchup with the Dallas Cowboys (1-2) at AT&T Stadium. “Of course, those things go through your head. Anytime you have any feelings or indications of an injury, our identities are wrapped so much around our ability on the field. So, the thought of not being able to be on the field, it scares you a lot.
“I was blocking and I just got extended in a weird way. [I] thought I maybe felt something. … But, it wasn’t
