PORTLAND -- The Portland Bulldogs held off a feisty Bangor Rams squad to secure a 42-26 win.

2024 Gatorade Player of the Year and UMaine football commit Cordell Jones led the way for the Bulldogs, doing it with his arm and his feet.

Portland (4-0) hosts Thornton next Friday, while Bangor (2-2) travels to Lewiston next Friday as well.
