Middlesbrough fought from behind to take a hard-fought point at Southampton as they remained unbeaten at the start of the Championship season.
For the second consecutive game, it was a Kaly Sene goal from the bench which proved important for Boro, as they drew 1-1 at St Mary’s. Adam Armstrong had fired the home side ahead on 61 minutes with a clinical finish - one that Boro could have few complaints about after the Saints’ first-half dominance.

Nothing he could do with the Armstrong goal, while other saves were relatively routine. But he caught a couple of crosses again to ease pressure
