A relative walk in the park for the Yankees on Saturday afternoon hit a bump in the road in the fifth inning. Shortly after New York took a 6-0 lead over Baltimore, lefty Grant Wolfram hit Jazz Chisholm Jr. with a 96.8-mph sinker, hitting his left forearm a little below the wrist.

Chisholm was clearly in pain and quickly went over to the Yankees’ dugout to be checked by the trainers. As a precautionary measure, José Caballero came in to replace Chisholm on the basepaths (and defensively at second base). We’ll provide updates as they come across, but the Yankees are obviously hoping that their All-Star infielder is OK and didn’t suffer any breaks.
