YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) -- Greater Youngstown Community Dialogue on Racism hosted a block party on Saturday at Wick Park, where they invited people to learn more about infant vitality.
In the fifth year of this annual event, the group and its director, J.P. Robles, hope to reach more parents to provide resources for babies, toddlers and pregnant women.
