GLENN COUNTY, Calif. - A two-car crash on Highway 32 in Glenn County Friday morning sent one man to the hospital with minor injuries.

The California Highway Patrol says that at around 5:52 a.m. Friday, 53-year-old Rogelio Ramos of Willows was driving a 2019 Ford eastbound on Highway 32. Ramos signaled that he would be turning left into 7790 Highway 32 and slowed down.

Authorities say that a 2000 Honda, driven by 71-year-old Rafael Herrera of Orland, was traveling eastbound behind Ramos at a stated speed of 55 miles per hour.

For reasons unknown, Herrera failed to see the vehicle ahead of him had come to a stop in the eastbound lane of Highway 32.
