SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) - Happy Sunday! Through the morning and afternoon, sky conditions should remain mostly clear, allowing for an abundance of sunshine through the day. Highs will rise back into the upper 80s and lower 90s by the afternoon.

Temperatures through the overnight hours should reach only into the lower 60s. A few areas could have temperatures drop into the upper 50s.

The forecast through the week doesn’t appear to change by much. Highs should increase but remain in the upper 80s and lower 90s. The humidity should remain low through the next 7 days as well due to the high-pressure system staying put in our region. It should slowly move eastward through next weekend, and this could allow for some isolated showers to become possible again by that timeframe.
