Unai Emery has named his Aston Villa starting XI to take on Fulham in the Premier League this afternoon.

He has made six changes to the team which beat Bologna 1-0 in the Europa League on Thursday night.

Emi Martinez returns from injury and starts ahead of a defence made up of Matty Cash, Ezri Konsa, Tyrone Mings and Lucas Digne.

Lamare Bogarde and John McGinn play in the double pivot, as Evann Guessand, Morgan Rogers and Harvey Elliott support striker Ollie Watkins.

Villa have won seven of their last eight Premier League meetings with Fulham, including the last five in a row since a 3-0 defeat in October 2022.

However, they have failed to score in each of their last two home Premier League matches, last going three without a goal at Villa Park in January 2015.
