LANSING — The Michigan State Police are cracking down on unsafe driving with a statewide traffic enforcement called the “Fail to Move Over Law.”
Starting Monday, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., troopers will be looking for drivers to slow down and move over for stopped emergency vehicles, tow trucks, and road crews.
According to an MSP X post, troopers said they’ll also be watching for reckless and distracted driving.
The post on X warns “Don’t be the one. Drive safe.”
