GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) - Sunday was a beautiful day to be outside, and a perfect day to say goodbye to summer at Bay Beach Amusement Park.

It was the final day that Bay Beach was open for this season, and people were lining up to head out on the rides and have some cheap fun with the family before it closed until next year.

The warmer temperatures gave many who came down to Bay Beach a beautiful send-off to the season.

“It’s just a fantastic thing to do to get out of the house, and the prices being as cheap as they are and staying that cheap for generations. It’s great to bring the kids out and spend a few hours out here and enjoy the rides. especially on a beautiful day like today,” said Heinrich and Maverick Walder.
