SHEBOYGAN FALLS, Wis. (WBAY) - A criminal complaint is providing new details about the deadly drive-by shooting in Sheboygan Falls on Wednesday morning.
According to the complaint, the victim, Giovanni Michael Robinson, had gone out to a tavern with three others to celebrate after a golf event. They had Ubered to Sheboygan Falls and were looking for one back to their hotel, but couldn’t find one.
The complaint details police interviews with all three witnesses. They said that the group of them had then spoken with a Hispanic man completing a DoorDash order. He was described as around 5′8, 200lb, and in a black car. They tried to pay him in cash to get a ride back to their hotel, but began to walk away after they said the man wanted more money.
