PAULDING COUNTY, Ohio (WPTA) - The Van Wert Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol are investigating after a fatal three vehicle crash in Jackson Township in Paulding County.

On September 28, at approximately around 11:41 in the evening, Troopers with the Van Wert Post were dispatched to the fatal crash on State Road 637 at County Road 138.

During their investigation, they found that two drivers were going northbound on State Road 637.

That included 17-year-old Grady K. Barton, of Oakwood, who was operating a 2003 Chevrolet Silverado, and 31-year-old Marisela Soto Vazquez,of Paulding, who was operating a 2016 Toyota RAV4.

They also found 48-year-old Lance M. Bolenbaugh, of Bryan, was operating a 2012 Harley Davidson Street Glide 103, southbound on State Road 637.
