JLL’s Capital Markets group and BlueGate Partners have arranged a $340 million refinancing package for 50 & 70 Columbus , a mixed-use property in Jersey City’s waterfront district.
The transaction represents a significant investment in one of Jersey City’s most prominent residential developments, which includes 938 units across two high-rise towers and nearly 28,000 square feet of commercial space, officials said.
The borrower, a joint venture between Ironstate Development Company and Panepinto Properties , secured the balance sheet loans through Truist Financial Corporation .
The property consists of two towers constructed in 2007 and 2015, spanning 36 and 48 stories respectively.
