For the first time in a decade, the Toronto Blue Jays are back atop the American League East.

Holding the tiebreaker against the Yankees, the Jays needed a win to claim the division crown. And win they did.

Toronto took down the Tampa Bay Rays 13-4, with catcher Alejandro Kirk leading the charge. He hit two homers, including a grand slam in the first inning, as the Jays claimed their first AL East title since 2015.
