COLLEGE STATION – With a chance to pick up a signature road win, Auburn’s offense led by head coach Hugh Freeze fell flat on its face.

The Tigers only mustered 10 points and 176 total yards in a 16-10 loss to Texas A&M at Kyle Field on Saturday.

Auburn’s offense had three drives in the fourth quarter with an opportunity to take the lead with a touchdown. Two of them went three-and-out and the final went four-and-out, capped by Jackson Arnold getting sacked on fourth-and-1.

Texas A&M had allowed 22 points or more in all three of its games leading up to Saturday.

Auburn got off to a rough start by going three-and-out on the first drive of the game, and when Texas A&M got the ball after a punt, the Aggies just needed four plays to find the end zone and claim an early lead.
