INDIANAPOLIS — IMPD is investigating after a man was hit by a vehicle Sunday night on the north side of Indianapolis .
According to IMPD Capt. John Arvin, around 8:42 p.m. on Sept. 28, officers were called to the intersection of East 36th Street and North Keystone Avenue on a report of a pedestrian struck.
When officers arrived, they found a man who had been hit. Police say he was taken to an area hospital with both of his legs having been broken in the crash.
Minimal details were given at the scene, including information about the driver who struck the man and whether or not they were cooperating with the investigation.
