'Everyone's mother dies': UCO Bank official accused of toxic conduct in viral email

A screenshot of an internal email alleging inhuman and toxic behaviour by a senior official of UCO Bank has sparked outrage on social media.

The email, addressed to the bank’s top management, was titled “Complaint Regarding Inhuman and Toxic Behavior by Zonal Head, Chennai – Request for Immediate Action.”

In the email, the employee accused RS Ajith, Zonal Head of Chennai Zone, of creating an environment of “fear and oppression” and treating officers as if they were “servants rather than professionals."

The complaint described him as “dictatorial, abusive and insensitive,” and cited multiple occasions when he allegedly denied employees leave even during family emergencies.
