SARASOTA, Fla. (WWSB) - Weather for the Suncoast will be very pleasant for the first half of next week. Drier air moving in from the west and high pressure building from the north will keep rain chances low, with afternoon temperatures in the upper-80s to low 90s and overnight lows in the upper 70s. By Thursday, moisture will increase slightly, bringing a higher chance of rain toward the end of the week.
Humidity won’t really plummet, but it will lower by mid-week. Dewpoints will drop from the mid 70s to, perhaps the lower 70s. And while that may not feel like a fresh fall day, it will be noticeable.
Both Hurricane Humberto and Tropical Storm Imelda will have minimal impacts on the Suncoast. As Imelda lifts northward it may potentially strengthen into a hurricane off the Atlantic coast o
