Part of Interstate 84 East is closed in Farmington after a crash and LifeStar has responded.

State police said the crash happened near exit 37 and injuries have been reported, but they don''t know the extent of them.

State police are advising anyone who is traveling in the area to seek alternate routes.

The eastbound side of the highway is closed between exits 36 and 37.

Traffic is being diverted to Route 9/72.

The Route 72 West ramp to I-84 East is also shut down for this investigation.
