ELIZABETH CITY, N.C. — The Elizabeth City Police Department say a missing teen has been found.

Khamari Cowell, 15, was last seen walking toward his Pasquotank County High School bus stop Monday morning, according to the city’s police.

Police updated the public at about 11:20 p.m. that Khamari had been found safe.
