SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) - The Shreveport Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Oscar Castillo, 50, who is wanted on an arrest warrant related to a sexual assault investigation.

Charges / Warrant:

· Indecent behavior with a juvenile

· Misdemeanor sexual battery

On July 2, 2025, Shreveport police were assigned a sexual assault investigation involving a 10-year-old victim. During the course of the investigation the child disclosed details of the assault during the interview. The suspect was later identified by the victim in a photo array/line-up.

Detectives obtained an arrest warrant for Castillo on July 24, 2025.

This investigation is still active.
