The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' Office for Civil Rights is starting a process to bar Harvard from getting federal funding.
The move comes after the Trump administration accused Harvard of failing to protect Jewish students from harassment.
Harvard has 20 days to inform the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights whether the school will exercise its right to a hearing.
