Well, October is typically when we begin to usher in fall-like conditions here in the Ozarks, but this year is shaping up a bit differently.

Warm, dry weather will stick around as we kick off the new month, with temperatures running roughly 10 degrees above average for the foreseeable future.

Afternoon highs are expected to reach the mid to upper 80s today and continue at that level through the rest of the week.

While rain chances aren’t zero, they aren’t looking promising. No rain is expected today or tomorrow. Thursday brings a slight chance of isolated showers, but even then, most areas will likely stay dry.
