Ontario Premier Doug Ford has announced he’d be pulling the plug on speed cameras in cities across the province, decrying the cameras as a tax grab. But over the last several years, cities – including Greater Sudbury – have embraced the technology to slow down drivers and bring in revenue for road safety.
