A 14-year-old boy has been arrested on suspicion of murder following the death of 15-year-old Mohanad Abdullaahi Goobe.

Greater Manchester Police said the boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, is currently in police custody.

Police have now arrested three teenage boys in relation to the incident that took place in the area of Moss Lane East and Monton Street, Moss Side , on Monday, September 15.

One teenage boy has been charged with murder, a second was arrested and released on bail, while the third is in custody.

As the investigation into Mohanad's death continues, Greater Manchester Police is still calling for any potential witnesses to come forward.
