HICKORY, N.C. — On Tuesday, Lenoir-Rhyne University announced it is launching a new program that will offer free tuition to qualifying students in North Carolina and South Carolina.
According to the university, first-year and transfer students from the Carolinas with a family adjusted gross income of $100,000 or less will have their tuition fully covered for four years.
Additionally, Lenoir-Rhyne says new merit scholarships, including a $30,000 Presidential Scholarship, will be offered starting next school year.
