ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — An Irondequoit man is facing felony charges after police say he stole a work truck Tuesday afternoon, shortly after being released from custody on a separate larceny charge.

According to Irondequoit Police, Hicham Fathallah was arrested around 9 a.m. Tuesday on a petit larceny charge. After being processed, police said he was released from the station and walked down the street, where he stole a work truck that had been parked on Titus Avenue.

The Rochester Police Department, New York State Police, and Irondequoit investigators later located Fathallah on Lake Avenue in the stolen vehicle. He was taken into custody without incident and is expected to be arraigned in CAP Court on charges of grand larceny and unauthorized use of a vehicle in the third degree.
