HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) -- Harrisburg City Treasurer Dan Miller went on the attack Monday calling for Mayor Wanda Williams to debate him before the November election.

Miller lost to Williams in the Democratic primary for mayor earlier this year by just 80 votes. However, he earned enough write-in votes to run on the Republican ticket, declaring his candidacy for that back in August.

Miller previously said he saw the general election as "a run-off between the top two vote getters." Williams, he said, does not seem to see it that way.
