SAYRE, Pa. (WETM) — A Waverly man was arrested in September after police said he caused a multi-vehicle crash that injured several people in Sayre.

Noah A. Tappan-Bright, 24, was arrested on Thursday, Sept. 24, on the following charges: • Two counts of accident involving in death or injury while not licensed, a felony in the third degree. • Accident involving damage to attended vehicle or property, a misdemeanor in the third degree. • Three counts of failure to stop and give information or render aid, a summary offense. • Three counts of reckless driving, a summary offense. • Two counts of accidents involving death or personal injury, a misdemeanor. • Driving at safe speed, a summary offense. • Illegally park at an intersection, a summary offense. • Nor yield to at the roa
