CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – Some AT&T customers may be experiencing a network outage Tuesday afternoon due to fiber cuts.
According to an AT&T spokesperson, there is a broadband issue affecting customers in the Charleston area due to fiber cuts in a third-party network.
AT&T is communicating with the provider responsible for resolving the issue and restoring service as soon as possible.
“ We understand how important these services are and appreciate the patience of our customers,” the company said.
