CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - IndyCar has confirmed to 19 News that it is exploring the possibility of bringing a race to Cleveland, potentially by 2028, and that positive discussions have taken place.

The Greater Cleveland Sports Commission said they are evaluating the opportunity of bringing IndyCar racing to Cleveland, according to a statement from the commission.
