ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) - Patients at St. Louis Children’s Hospital got a very special surprise Tuesday.

Superheroes repelled down sides of the building. Underneath the costumes were members of the St. Louis Police Swat team, repelling down the hospital’s 12 story tower makes for excellent practice.

They completed the drill dressed as different superheroes, bringing a smile to patients, families, and staff. The officers then made their way inside and brought more cheer.
