TORRINGTON, Conn. (WFSB) - Animal control officers in Torrington are asking for help finding the owner of a dog left tied to a picnic table.

Torrington Animal Control says the dog was tied to the picnic table by a retractable leash.

The dog was found along a walking trail behind John Toro Field, past the dog park and Rainbow Bridge.
