EAST HAVEN, CT. (WFSB) - A man was arrested for engaging in lewd behavior at a store in East Haven Tuesday.

Police say that they responded to a Hobby Lobby location on East Frontage Road for the incident.

Witnesses said that the man, identified as 34-year-old Dylan Derosa, was following women around the store while appearing to masturbate underneath his clothing.

He was arrested at his job in the same plaza and charged with second degree breach of peace. He is being held on a $75,000 bond and is set to appear in court on Wednesday.

It was later found that Derosa was a registered sex offender currently on parole and under supervision. He is also being held on a parole remand.
