Jennifer Powers, 45, left the federal courthouse in Fort Worth on Monday wearing an ankle monitor, a requirement for her release after three days in custody.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York says Powers was arrested Friday at her home in an upscale Southlake neighborhood.

A 10-count indictment accuses retired New York-based financier Howard Rubin and Powers , his personal assistant, of arranging for women to travel to a sex
