An 81-year-old Kakadu National Park firearms dealer has had more than 240 guns seized by Northern Territory Police over multiple alleged breaches.

Dave Lindner, a former park ranger who captured the notorious 5.13 metre crocodile, Sweetheart in 1979 , had his firearms dealership licence suspended and will face charges on two counts.
