Hometown Heroes – Grinnell

Sugar’s Lounge & Diner – Council Bluffs

Walker’s – Salix

A panel of three judges will visit each business to determine the first place winner, which will be revealed in October, which is National Pork Month.

The five finalists were picked from the 40 top-nominated restaurants. Mystery diners evaluate each sandwich based on pork taste, quality, physical characteristics, presentation, and experience.
