NEW YORK (WABC) -- Governor Kathy Hochul rallied with New York Democrats against the government shutdown on Wednesday morning, placing the blame squarely on Republicans.
The shutdown comes as President Donald Trump and Congress failed to strike an agreement to keep government programs and services running by Wednesday's deadline.
On Wednesday, Hochul and other leaders called out President Trump and Washington Republicans.
