Chipotle Mexican Grill opened its third Fort Collins location Sept. 30 at 2539 S. College Ave., right next to King Soopers and the soon-to-open Jersey Mike’s sandwich shop.

The restuarant is open daily from 10:45 a.m. to 11 p.m.

Chipotle and Jersey Mike's are breathing new life into a long-vacant Midtown Fort Collins building that was once home to businesses like Cricket Wireless, Larkburger and a Waxing the City wax studio.
