Police in Fort Smith are requesting the public's help in locating Norman Dievert, 77, who was reported missing from a care home on Wednesday morning.

Dievert is described as Caucasian, heavy-set and approximately 5’4” tall.

He was last seen wearing a blue-and-white checkered shirt.

He has grey/white hair and a moustache. Dievert is said to have dementia and may be confused, the RCMP stated.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact the Fort Smith RCMP at 867-872-1111
