ALTOONA, Pa. (WTAJ) -- A job fair featuring more than 80 employers looking to hire will take place in Altoona this October.

The PA CareerLink of Blair County is hosting its fall job fair Wednesday, Oct. 15, at the Jaffa Shrine. The event runs from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. with early access for veterans at 9:30 a.m.

Admission is free, and job seekers are encouraged to bring multiple copies of their resume, dress professionally and be ready for on-the-spot interviews.

The event will feature more than 85 employers, CareerLink said.
